During the closure of Municipal Facilities, Town of Penhold Utility Payments can be dropped off in the Penhold & District Library Drop Box. The drop box is located on the west side of the Penhold Multiplex.

March 25, 2020 Town of Penhold understands the COVID-19 pandemic has caused financial concerns for many residents and businesses. We are pleased to announce outstanding utility bills will not have penalties charged until Aug.15, 2020. We encourage everyone to pay what they can on their monthly bill but there won't be penalty charges for outstanding balances at this time.

If you are on the pre-authorized payment plan for your Town of Penhold Utility bills, and need to stop your automated payment, please be sure to contact the office by the 1st of the month so there is adequate time to process the changes.
