Summer Kids Camp 2023 Update- Thursday May 4th, 2023

There are 24 spots available each week, once you have received confirmation of your child's spot you will have 10 business days to pay registration fee online or in person. You will receive payment instructions with your confirmation email. Once all spots are filled, you may add your name to the waitlist using form below.
Summer Kids Camp at the Multiplex for kids ages 6-10 years is scheduled for July 10th-14th and July 24th-28th.
Time of Program: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm ($150 per week)
Early Drop Option #1: 8:00am-8:30am ($10 per day)
Early Drop Option #2: 7:30am-8:30am ($20 per day)
Late Pick Up: 4:30-5:00pm ($10 per day)
Location of Program: Penhold Multiplex in the Penhold Youth Club Room, Penhold Community and weekly field trips

Withdrawal and Refund Policy
For withdrawals received more than 7 days prior to the start of the program, a full refund of fees paid will be refunded. All exceptions must be pre-approved by the Youth Coordinator
For withdrawals received 4 weeks or more prior to start of program will receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee.
For withdrawals received 2-3 weeks prior to start of program will receive 50% of refund in fees.
For withdrawals received 1 week prior to the start of program will receive no refund.
Any refund for injuries or illness acquired after the start date of the program will need to be approved by the Youth Coordinator.
Refunds will be processed in the form of a cheque if cash or cheque was used for original payment. Processing of this cheque will require a minimum of 14 days.
