The Town of Penhold contracts Animal Control Services to Klassic Kennels. Their staff are experienced Animal Care Technicians and Animal Municipal Enforcement Officers carrying out day to day operations of Animal Services within Alberta. Their central location is immediately north of the City of Red Deer off the C&E Trail north.
