Hours of Operation

Monday to Friday: 6:00am - 9:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 8:00pm
Sunday: 8:00am - 8:00pm

Closed all statutory holidays

Located on the top floor of the Penhold Regional Multiplex, our 4500 sq.ft facility is fully equipped with a wide variety of state of the art equipment and amazing staff that can help with your fitness needs.

Our tiered memberships are designed to offer individuals variety. Talk to a staff member to find the membership that works best for you. Staff are also available to assist with equipment and answer any questions you may have.

We offer both pre-registered and drop-in fitness classes. Pre-registered classes are on set days and have a specific run time, these classes have a secondary cost separate from a membership. Drop-in fitness classes are included in the gold membership at no extra cost, or non-gold members can purchase a 10 punch pass or a one-time drop in.

Fall 2020 Kids / Youth Fitness Programs

Online Registration only. 

Learn to Skate This class will begin to help your child master the snow and ice environment of physical literacy. The class will strive to help participants learn the basic fundamentals of skating in a fun and safe environment

Fit Kids This 6 week fitness activity class is for youth 5-10 years old. The class will focus on basic fitness activities and work on getting kids active and moving. They will work on a variety of movement skills such balance and agility all while having fun! 4 spots available per class.
