Fitness Classes

Pre-registration is required for fitness classes. Limited space are available for each class and are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Click on the class below for registration information for the Schedulicity App. Please contact the Fitness Centre if you need assistance.

If you are unable to attend a class you have registered for, please call to cancel by 3:00pm the day of your class to cancel your spot. It’s not fair to the instructors or individuals on the waitlist if you do not inform us you will not be attending.

Please check the Fitness Class Schedule below for class dates, times and registration information. Pre-booking will be required for all fitness classes. 

Drop-In Fitness Class Rates:

  • Adult $9.50  
  • Corporate / Student $7.50   
  • Senior (55+) $6.50

Who's up for a challenge?
Starting Feb. 24, there will be a 6 week PUMP IT UP CHALLENGE. If you attend 5 of the 6 Pump It classes between Feb. 24 and Mar. 31 you could win a 1 month GOLD+ Membership.

Pump It Up is a weight conditioning class that works all the major muscle groups. The focus of this class is muscular endurance which creates strength, a lean long look, and contour to the body’s muscles. To accomplish this,  we lift lighter weights with more reps. This class is set to music and is a fun way to lift because you get so caught up in the music and the beat you (almost) forget you’re working out—almost—but not quite! This class will challenge any fitness level.
